Let's swap!

To celebrate the expansion of Grove House’s physical space, I’ll be hosting a free fabric swap open to all folks who have taken a class at Grove House.

What to expect:

This casual, informal event will be open to ~20 people. Bring CLEAN fabric that you want to send on to a new home and have your eyes peeled for fabric for you next project/s. If no one takes your fabric you can leave it at the studio or take it back home. Any left overs will be taken to Swanson’s Fabric in Turner’s Falls.

Please don’t bring small pieces (think anything smaller than 1ft square).

Please register so I know how many people plan to attend.

One Year Anniversary Open Sew! (and fundraiser)

To celebrate Grove House Sewing Studio’s one year anniversary and the over 100 sewers who helped make the studio the vibrant, fun place it is, there will be a day of assisted open sewing on May 1st.

***The event is open to anyone who has sewn at Grove House Sewing studio.***

Bring your project, thread (and machine if you want) and spend a couple hours sewing with other fun folks. Light project assistance and advice will be available. Registration is required and free.‍ ‍

This event will double as a fundraiser for the ACLU. Donations will be accepted in person.
